Position: Sales Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Executive and Sales Team.

- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.

- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Project Assistance:

- Assist in the planning and execution of sales projects and initiatives.

- Collaborate with the executive/sales team to gather project requirements and ensure adequate resources are allocated.

- Take detailed notes during meetings and assist in developing project plans.

Client Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.

- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and events.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Sales Support:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.

- Help in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

- Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is considered an asset.

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role (similar role).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Construction: 2 years (required)
  • Executive Sales Assistant: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
